Jhankaar 2026

Jhankaar 2026 is a fundraising dance competition organized by Rigel Foundation. By registering for and participating in the event, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Participation

  • All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.
  • Participation is voluntary and subject to compliance with the event rules and regulations.
  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

2. Event Schedule

  • The entire competition, including performances, judging, result declaration, and prize distribution, is expected to be completed within 10 hours from the commencement of the event.
  • Participants are requested to remain present throughout the event until the official conclusion and prize distribution ceremony.

3. Photography, Videography & Media Rights

  • By participating in Jhankaar 2026, participants grant Rigel Foundation and its authorized representatives the irrevocable right to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture their performances, likeness, voice, image, and appearance during the event.
  • The organizers shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, display, broadcast, and promote such photographs, videos, recordings, and other media materials on any platform, including but not limited to:
    • Social media platforms
    • Websites
    • Promotional materials
    • Print and digital publications
    • Fundraising and awareness campaigns
  • Participants shall not be entitled to any compensation, royalty, or financial claim arising from the use of such photographs, videos, or recordings.

4. Prize Distribution

  • Winners will be announced by the organizers after the completion of the judging process.
  • Participants who choose to leave the venue immediately after their performance, before the conclusion of the event, shall not be entitled to receive their trophies, certificates, prizes, or rewards at the venue.
  • Such participants may collect their trophies, certificates, prizes, or rewards from the Rigel Foundation office at a later date, subject to prior coordination with the organizing team.
  • The organizers shall not be responsible for delivering prizes to participants who fail to collect them within the stipulated period communicated after the event.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior towards fellow participants, judges, volunteers, and organizers.
  • Any act of misconduct, harassment, damage to property, or disruption of the event may result in immediate disqualification.

6. Organizer's Rights

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, rules, judging criteria, or any other aspect of the competition if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The decision of the judges and the organizing committee shall be final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

7. Liability

  • Participants shall be responsible for their personal belongings during the event.
  • The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, accident, or damage suffered by participants during the event, except where required by applicable law.
